Welcome to St Nicholas of Myra, Penrith

St Nicholas of Myra Primary is a small Catholic learning community catering for boys and girls from Kindergarten to Year 6 in the parish of Penrith.

At St Nicholas of Myra our five core values that underpin all that we do are Compassion, Cooperation, Responsibility, Respect and Justice. We believe that these gospel values are essential for our school to be an effective place of quality learning for each student.

Our teaching and learning environment is enhanced by our commitment to team teaching and team planning. At St Nicholas of Myra we believe that teaching and learning should be purposeful and fun, and enable children to make meaningful connections.

  • Gymnastics Gala Day

    Eleven students from St Nicholas of Myra represented the school at the Parramatta Diocese Gymnastics Gala Day. The girls has a fantastic day showcasing their skills.
  • Kindergarten Transition

    The newest members of the St Nicholas community, our 2017 Kindergarten students and families, participated in a transition to school program with some good modelling from our current kindergarten students.
  • PBS4L Launch

    St Nicholas launched PBS4L, an evidence-based proactive system that establishes understandable expectations where teachers reinforce positive behaviour. Our expectations are; I am safe, I am respectful and I am a learner.
