✝️ Fourth Sunday of Advent ✝️ Today we celebrate the Fourth Sunday of Advent. As we light the fourth candle of the Advent wreath, we reflect on Love, the ultimate gift of God, who sent us His only Son into the world. This candle invites us to pause and reflect: 💛 How are we called to love one another? 💛 How can we show greater kindness, compassion and care in our words and actions, especially to those who need it most? As we journey closer to Christmas, may our hearts be open to sharing God’s love in simple, meaningful ways within our families, our school community, and beyond.

Every day they grow little hearts and minds in the way of the Catholic faith, guiding students with care, compassion and purpose, and today they proved they know how to have a lot of fun along the way too! 💙🧡💜🎨💦

🌈💦 Colour and Water Fun Day 🌈💦 What a way to end an unbelievable year at St Nicholas of Myra! Students arrived to a huge surprise, an inflatable obstacle course and a foam tunnel, setting the scene for an action-packed day of water, colour and fun. A sea of smiling faces and an ocean of St Nick’s school spirit made this a truly unforgettable celebration to finish the year. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day one that students and teachers will remember for a long time 💙🧡💜

🎓 💙 Year 6 Farewell Arch 🎓💙 A cherished St Nicholas of Myra tradition, the Farewell Arch marks a special moment for our departing Year 6 students on their final day at our school. As they walk this path, it symbolises not only the journey they have completed at St Nicholas of Myra, but also the new journeys they are about to begin in high school and beyond. We wish each of our Year 6 students every success in their future endeavours. May St Nicholas of Myra always be a place you carry in your hearts.
