πβ¨ Stage 2 Science Incursion β¨π What better day to explore the wonders of Space than May 4thβ¦ May the Fourth be with you! πβ Our Stage 2 students at St Nicholas of Myra had an incredible day of hands-on Science learning, diving into all things Space as part of their incursion. We were thrilled to welcome Jackie from One Giant Leap Australia Foundation, who inspired students to dream big and explore future pathways in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). π€π¬ A definite highlight of the day was the robot dog, who quickly became a crowd favourite as it followed Miss Reynolds and made its way around each classroom! πβπ¦Ίπ‘ In the afternoon, students were amazed by a visit from the Planetarium, stepping inside the dome to experience the Solar System in stunning detail. It truly felt like travelling through space! ππͺ To make the day even more special, students and staff embraced the theme by dressing up in their best space-inspired outfits ππ©βππ½ A fantastic day filled with curiosity, excitement, and learning as we continue to inspire our future scientists! π01 May 2026
