2018 Parent Helper Breakfast
On Wednesday, 12 December, staff and parents gathered for the 2018 Parent Helper Breakfast. This breakfast is a small way to say thank you to the parents and carers who assist during the school year including covering library books, assisting in the canteen, assisting in events such as discos, barbecues and concerts as well as helping coach students in a range of sporting gala days.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated and valued by the entire school community. Every helping hand, not matter how small, helps our students to be safe, respectful learners.

π 2026 Student Leaders! π Our Year 4 and 5 students participated in the L.E.A.D. with Courageβ’: Stage 3 Leaderβs Program, through Explore Discover Act, is a journey that supports personal growth and shared leadership. Through experiential learning and guided reflection, students were encouraged to listen, engage, align and make a difference as they step into leadership at St Nicholas of Myra. We are proud of our students for embracing these leadership qualities and preparing to serve our school community with courage, commitment and heart in 2026.

βοΈ β¨ Faith in Action β¨ βοΈ Today, some of our wonderful Stage 3 leaders set up a special treat for the St Nicholas of Myra Catholic Church, Penrith NSW parishioners after the Friday midday Mass. Building strong connections between our school and parish community is so important, and our students were proud to play their part. We also wish a very Happy Birthday to Father Rojan! May God continue to bless him in his ministry and in the year ahead.

π Year 6 Fun Day! π Our Year 6 students celebrated their time at St Nicholas of Myra with an action-packed Fun Day led by Motiv8! There were sponges, water, paint, powder and plenty of colour as students enjoyed time together with their friends and teachers before the formal end-of-year celebrations begin.
