2018 Parent Helper Breakfast
On Wednesday, 12 December, staff and parents gathered for the 2018 Parent Helper Breakfast. This breakfast is a small way to say thank you to the parents and carers who assist during the school year including covering library books, assisting in the canteen, assisting in events such as discos, barbecues and concerts as well as helping coach students in a range of sporting gala days.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated and valued by the entire school community. Every helping hand, not matter how small, helps our students to be safe, respectful learners.

βοΈ Fourth Sunday of Advent βοΈ Today we celebrate the Fourth Sunday of Advent. As we light the fourth candle of the Advent wreath, we reflect on Love, the ultimate gift of God, who sent us His only Son into the world. ππ¦ Colour and Water Fun Day ππ¦ What a way to end an unbelievable year at St Nicholas of Myra! Students arrived to a huge surprise, an inflatable obstacle course and a foam tunnel, setting the scene for an action-packed day of water, colour and fun. A sea of smiling faces and an ocean of St Nickβs school spirit made this a truly unforgettable celebration to finish the year. π π Year 6 Farewell Arch ππ A cherished St Nicholas of Myra tradition, the Farewell Arch marks a special moment for our departing Year 6 students on their final day at our school. As they walk this path, it symbolises not only the journey they have completed at St Nicholas of Myra, but also the new journeys they are about to begin in high school and beyond. We wish each of our Year 6 students every success in their future endeavours. May St Nicholas of Myra always be a place you carry in your hearts.
