2018 Author Visit
Author Alan Whiticker, a former St Nicholas of Myra and St Dominics student, visited St Nicholas to share his books and experiences of being an author with the students. Alan has written over 50 books (non fiction) many on rugby league and sport. A former teacher, he now writes full time and is also a publisher. He loved visiting the school today and some classrooms and donated over 50 books today from all different authors he represents and publishers. Thank You Alan and a wonderful experience for our students.

It is about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone. St Nicholas of Myra will be supporting Harmony Day with students wearing a splash of Orange with their school uniform. This may be socks, a hat, a scarf, hair ribbons, shoes (covered in) or wrist bands.
