Students and their families have recently taken part in four session to welcome the newest members of the St Nicholas of Myra community
The sessions included demonstrations of learning at St Nicholas, classroom walkthroughs, students and parent speakers, numerous information sessions from experts such as nutritionist, school banking, road safety experts, and occupational therapists.
The sessions culminated with a moving Liturgy with the 2018 and 2019 Kindergarten students.
We can't wait for out newest member to begin in 2019!

These students have been participating every Tuesday afternoon all year. They had the opportunity to watch these talented students to put into practice all they have learned this year in front of an audience. π 2026 Student Leaders! π Our Year 4 and 5 students participated in the L.E.A.D. with Courageβ’: Stage 3 Leaderβs Program, through Explore Discover Act, is a journey that supports personal growth and shared leadership. Through experiential learning and guided reflection, students were encouraged to listen, engage, align and make a difference as they step into leadership at St Nicholas of Myra. βοΈ β¨ Faith in Action β¨ βοΈ Today, some of our wonderful Stage 3 leaders set up a special treat for the St Nicholas of Myra Catholic Church, Penrith NSW parishioners after the Friday midday Mass. Building strong connections between our school and parish community is so important, and our students were proud to play their part. We also wish a very Happy Birthday to Father Rojan! π Year 6 Fun Day! π Our Year 6 students celebrated their time at St Nicholas of Myra with an action-packed Fun Day led by Motiv8! There were sponges, water, paint, powder and plenty of colour as students enjoyed time together with their friends and teachers before the formal end-of-year celebrations begin.
