2019 Stage 3 Leadership Day
Year 4 and 5 students took part in the 2019 Stage 3 Leadership Day. Students worked in teams to problem solve through a range of tasks with a focus on the skills needed to be active leaders at St Nicholas in 2019. The day consisted of a range of fun activities where students focused on the skills of communicating, teamwork and problem solving. A great experience and we look forward to our 2019 Stage 3 students leading the school to be safe, respectful learners.

πYear 6 Visit to The Royce π Today, our Year 6 students visited The Royce to take part in R U OK? Day activities. They enjoyed a creative craft session, making a beautiful gratitude tree π³, where they reflected on what they're thankful for. The students also had fun with a guessing competition, and the highlight for many was meeting Bowie the dog! πΆπ A big thank you to The Royce for hosting such a meaningful day focused on connection, kindness, and wellbeing.

It was wonderful to see our students celebrating this special occasion with their families. π΅Year Six Visit to The Royce Retirement Home π΄πΌ Today, our first group of Year Six students visited The Royce Retirement Home to spend some quality time with the residents. The afternoon was filled with light refreshments, laughter, and a few lively games of bingo! This initiative, part of our FIAT (Faith in Action Team) work, helps strengthen the bonds between our school and the wider community, fostering compassion, empathy, and intergenerational connection.

ποΈ Stage 2 Excursion ποΈ Stage 2 students enjoyed a wonderful day at the Australian Museum. They were able to explore a range of exhibits and completed sessions about animals features where they were given a feature and they had to go and find the animal in the museum. A fun filled day with lots of valuable hands on learning.

βοΈ 2025 CSPD Education Mass βοΈ The St Nicholas of Myra School Captains attended the 2025 CSPD Education Mass with representatives from each school in the diocese. A great opportunity to attend Mass led by Bishop Vincent in this Jubilee year with the focus as 'Pilgrims of Hope'.
