In Term 4, Stage 2 is lucky enough to be working with a professional author in Term 4 once a week with the company WestWords

The project will be running for the first 5 weeks of the term and has already started off with a bang! The students are working hard on the way they craft stories, different features of texts, and getting feedback from a professional author. In the weeks to come, they will also have an opportunity to be working alongside a professional Illustrator. We look forward to seeing the student’s creative writing develop and to the students’ turning into authors.

Last but not least, a HUGE shoutout to the incredible St Nicholas of Myra staff who made today so special for our students. Every day they grow little hearts and minds in the way of the Catholic faith, guiding students with care, compassion and purpose, and today they proved they know how to have a lot of fun along the way too! πŸ’™πŸ§‘πŸ’œπŸŽ¨πŸ’¦
